Eligibility
This contest is open to all. Participants must reside in the United States and be in good standing with Legacy Athletics. Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or guardian consent.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest.
How to Enter
To enter, scan the official contest QR code. All entries must be prior to the contest closing. Incomplete or duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Prize
One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a free trial membership valued at $59. The trial membership includes:

The trial membership must be redeemed within one (1) month of issuance
Membership is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or other services and can not be counted off of cheer tuition for registered athletes that receive tumbling included in their tuition.
No substitutions allowed
Prize has no cash value outside of stated use
All required gym waivers must be completed prior to participation in the first class

Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or after contest closing date. The winner will be contacted via the information provided in the entry. If the winner does not respond within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
Consent & Publicity
By entering, participants (or their parents/guardians if under 18) consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or photo in connection with the contest and for promotional purposes, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Privacy
Personal information collected during this contest will be used solely for contest administration and to notify the winner. Additionally, participants agree that the contact information they provide may be used to receive updates from Legacy Athletes regarding upcoming clinics, classes, events, and other team-related communications. Your information will not be shared, sold, or distributed to any third parties.
General Conditions
Legacy Athletics reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any issue arises that affects the integrity or fairness of the promotion. Void where prohibited.
